EasyTrap Mozzie Bits

Your solution to pesky Fungus Gnats. With EasyTrap Mozzie Bits it’s easy to protect your plants against fungus gnats. “Mozzie Bits” will kill fungus gnat larvae within hours and remain effective for up to 14 days. The “Bits” are easily spread across the soil area to be treated.

CARE TIP:
To break the fungus gnat cycle, we recommend using the combination of EasyTrap Mozzie Bits and EasyTrap Sticky Traps. Mozzie Bits kill the larvae and Sticky Traps kill the adults. No more larvae means no more new adults and with no adults means no more larvae.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

• For indoor plants mix 4 tablespoons of Mozzie Bits per 4.5 litres of warm water.
• Let the granules soak for 30 minutes so the BTI infuses into the water.
• Give the solution a stir and then water your plants as usual with your mozzie mixture.

The fungus gnat lifecycle averages 17 days with most of that time spent in the soil, not as adults. We recommend giving your plants a good top water drench with the Mozzie mixture at least every 2 weeks (or every time you water) until eliminated.  Because fungus gnats thrive in moist soil, be mindful not to overwater (you do not want any root rot), so water normally, and use the initial drench in conjunction with EasyTrap Sticky Traps for adult fungus gnat control.
